Artistic project application
- In order to subscribe, you must submit an application duly completed on the form intended for this purpose together with a press release of your most recent artistic production, to the attention of the Eligibility Committee.
- An acknowledgement of receipt shall be transmitted in order to confirm the eligibility of the application.
- The Committee evaluates the professional status of the candidate based on the criteria set by Scène Ouverte as well as on data contained in the application form.
- A meeting between the applicant and the Eligibility Committee will take place in order to evaluate the interests and the needs within two weeks following the date the application was submitted.
- The Board of Directors of Scène Ouverte endorses the recommendations of the Committee.
Annual subscription
- The annual subscription begins from the date of reception for a period of 12 months
- Payments must be made by cheque or bank transfer
- The annual fee for the active member is effective until June 30th, 2020 : 100$
